My decision to run for City Council is based on my strong commitment to community involvement and my belief that change is necessary.  We have the opportunity to stop youth lawlessness and engage our young people in constructive positive way of life.

That is why you should vote Kirk Adair for the next Ward 7 Council Member.

I will make UDC and DC Public Schools a priority.

I will tackle the HIGH DROP OUT rate in our school sysytem

I will address the issue of TEEN PREGNANCY

I will speak to the ADULT LITERACY problem in WARD 7

I will fight CRIME through JOBS and CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

I focus on GANG VIOLENCE

I will take up the concern of EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT

I will concentrate on the most UNDERREPRESENTED population in our Community:

Our SENIORS and Our YOUNG ADULTS

I envision a holistic approach for our Youth and Educational programs
